(Hong Kong, 29 June 2023) – Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited (“Xinyi Glass” or the “Group”) (stock code: 00868), a leading integrated automobile glass, energy-saving architectural glass and high-quality float glass manufacturer, announced today that the Group was named the “5 Years IR Awards Winning Company” at the Investor Relations Awards, organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA), recognizing its consistently outstanding efforts and achievements in investor relations.

Dr. LEE Yin Yee, B.B.S., Chairman of Xinyi Glass, said, “We are very pleased to be recognized by the Investor Relations Awards once again. We have always maintained close communication with investors, and over the past three years we have disclosed the Group’s business performance and development via various platforms and channels. In June this year, we organized a plant visit for investors, which was attended by more than 100 domestic and international investors. The event allowed investors to gain a better understanding of the Group’s businesses, corporate culture and strategies. Looking ahead, we will continue to adhere to our strategy that emphasizes effective and diversified communication, achieve a high level of corporate governance, maintain high transparency and provide accurate and timely information updates so that investors can have a clearer understanding of the Group’s investment value.”

The HKIRA Investor Relations Awards was launched by HKIRA in 2015, with the aim of encouraging, recognizing and rewarding excellence in local investor relations practices by individuals and listed companies. The Awards are open to public nominations, with the winners decided by polling buy-side and sell-side analysts and fund managers. This year’s Awards attracted widespread support from across the investment sector. More than 740 eligible voters and over 290 eligible institutions participated in the voting, and 41 winners were selected among 126 participating listed companies.
